Experience Africa was developed to broaden our chances of making bookings via magazine and book distribution.
We have put in +/- R1.5M mainly in research staff, management and web development but also a costly mistake in opening a separate office that was supposed to coincide with the launch of the website.

The point was always to make direct bookings but also affiliate marketing via international tour operators, who would be aided by white labeled websites and print media. All closely monitored by the financial and administration software highlighted in part one.
The plans for this part of the operation are very detailed and show a $110M profit over 5 years including the development of the software. Virgin had these plans and financials for 4 weeks and had the confidence to pass them to the Illusive London Committee mentioned in Sir Richards’s book. Impressive considering they get about 1,000 new ideas and business plans a week.

Tailor making the project for AMEX Centurion further widens the profit margin, as it brings Bulgari in not as sponsor but as a potential brand ambassador.

The plan submitted to Virgin, showed 500,000 magazines being distributed every 3 months, add to that 50,000 odd Coffee table books and say 1,000 affiliates integrating our database into their websites, all given personally branded magazines and Coffee Table books and your looking at a lot of exposure.

Then by making further 15 further destinations (New websites for each and more print media). Its potential is far greater than the forecast submitted to Virgin.

Approaching AMEX is first prize but Dinnus Club would bite our arm off to take buy it. This said. we can also offer AMEX a lot more.

Such as….

1, The rights for a 1 or 2 year period for their bank exclusively linking to the financial software, meaning that to use it properly you would have to open a bank account with them (if they have a bank of course, (If not my old boss, Anthony De Rothschild is a good option)

2. Rights for the first and maybe second year in S-World for vendors to only accept AMEX credit cards.

3. Rights for the one of the 16 global sports franchises

4. Development rights for 16th of the land we purchase.

5. Syndicate membership of the models and actresses they endorse.

Now some of these ideas may not come to bare, by the time we approach, but most will have been conceptualized and well developed.

This said I advocate as soon as the Bulgari deal is tied up letting them know of our plans for Experience Africa and offer them an early buy in, it gives us immediate profit and opens the door to talk seriously to their corporate body when the time suits us.
AMEX are not an essential partner where as FIFA, GOOGLE & FaceBook are, so we will not approach their corporate body until we have tied up deals with the above.
